It focuses on three domains you need to gain a competitive edge and prove you work smarter:

1. PEOPLE – emphasizing the soft skills you need to effectively lead a project team in today’s changing environment
2. PROCESS – reinforcing the technical aspects of successfully managing projects
3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT – highlighting the connection between projects and organizational strategy

Content that spans the value delivery spectrum, including predictive, agile and hybrid approaches, will be included across the three exam domains. 

考試模式:

• 180 條題目 (上一版本考 200條題目)，但計分題目不變
• 230 分鐘內完成
• 以CBT(電腦應試)方式應考，會有兩次10分鐘小休時間
• 題型包括多項選擇題 (multiple-choice)，多項回覆題 (multiple responses)，配對題 (matching)，互動題 (hotspot) 及有限度的填充題 (fill-in-the-blank)
